Abacus Technical Solutions is a small IT Managed Service provider in the Chicagoland area. We provide Managed Service Support, repairs to computer and server equipment, network, wireless and mobile technology.

Our mission is to help small and home businesses in the Chicagoland area be more competitive through better products and techical support.

Company History

Abacus Technical Solutions started out as a PC repair business. While necessary, it became clear that other IT services were desparately needed by users and businesses. After evaluating customers' needs, Abacus decided that more professional services where in demand by businesses who needed to take their technology needs more seriously.

Abacus responded with a full-time managed services plan that gives Abacus full-time access to computers and servers on our customers' networks. We are constantly auditing, evaluating and fixing problems that the users don't even know they have. The results have been fantastic.

We have experienced a significant reduction in emergency calls, no worries about data loss and almost effortless disaster recoveries.
